Pediatric patients: High-risk medication:

KIDs List: Dicyclomine, when used in neonates and infants <6 months of age, is identified on the Key Potentially Inappropriate Drugs in Pediatrics (KIDs) list and should be avoided due to risk of apnea (strong recommendation; low quality of evidence) (PPA [Meyers 2020])

You can give supplementary feeding only after baby is 6 months old, before that baby's immunity is low, only breast milk is suitable for the baby. You should not give even plain water. For more details book your consultation now with me for better guidance.

It is wormicide. If your child has worm infestation, it will work. Don't give it to 1 month child because it is unlikely that 1 month child has worm infestation! so it is not recommended below 6 months of age.
