If you don't have enough milk, take protein rich diet like milk product mungfali soyabin dal chana besan etc. Metoclopramide would be better instead of domperidone for few days only. Some ayurvedic preparation like milkmuch / lactare granules with milk may help. Above all let the child suck breast whenever he is hungry usually 2 to 2.5 hr. Your will to give breast feed to the child and sucking by child is the best stimulus for milk production.

It is wormicide. If your child has worm infestation, it will work. Don't give it to 1 month child because it is unlikely that 1 month child has worm infestation! so it is not recommended below 6 months of age.
