Sir I have a pain in my spinal chord exactly in middle of the backbone. This injury caused due to lifting a weight I have consult one of the Ortho in my local area he prescribed a medicines but not clearly hill the pain. I used work whole day before this but now I can't do work for 2 hours also. So kindly suggest what should I do?

On10 sep 2015 2d echo done it shows mild pulmonary hypertension rvsp 44 mmhg on 6/7/2016 2d echo done now pressure is 36 mmhg. Now my question is how many years person with mild pulmonary hypertension can live in how many years mild pulmonary hypertension becomes serve hypertension. If it is serve hypertension how many years a person can live with serve hypertension is any treatment for serve hypertension what happens if I continue to smoke.

I have lungs problem by birth that is pulmonary hypertension. My oxygen level in blood is only 78. I can't do any physical type work can't walk fast or run. Fatigue easily. I have to take oxygen daily minimum 2 or 3 hours at night. Doctor has advised assurans tablet. I am taking this tablet from last two years. I just want to confirm is this tablet has side effects. And please tell how I can increase my oxygen level and improve my condition.
