The word acute coronary syndrome refers to a group of symptoms that are caused by blockage of the blood flow to the heart muscles. Hello. My suggestion are you should take whatever healthy food for 1 month post surgery if you are non diabetic for your body to recover from major surgery. Exercises usually are respiratory like incentive spirometer and active limbs exercises. Take a walk without tiring yourself and slowly increase over days.
