There are medicines in allopathy which can reasonably control the symptoms of trigeminal neuralgia. To prevent the pain avoid exposure to cold, drinking cold fluids, cover the ears when going out. Do visit your physician or neurologist for medications.

For persistent pain of trigeminal neuralgia not subsiding with medications then surgery is best choice. Consult any neurosurgeon first
two options of surgery one microvascular decompression and second one ptbc.
Both these techniques done under general anesthesia and both are safe. Pain relief is very good following both the procedures.

Hi, there is no permanent solution to at fibrillation. You have to take medicine. Taking cordrone for long time is also not safe although you r taking less dose. There are so many other safe medicines than cordrone. But for taking those you have to consult urs cardiologist.
