Hello, Rebuilding your immune system is very important in such cases. Excess of alcohol should be avoided. Fruits which are high in sugar content should be avoided. Vegetables like tomatoes, cabbage, broccoli which are no starchy and high in water content should be taken. Yogurts (specially probiotics) are essential. You can have nuts and, seeds like almonds, flaxseeds, hazelnuts etc. Avoid wheat and it's products, you can replace it with oats, quinoa etc.
