There is increasing evidence that alcohol-based mouthwashes such as listerine contribute to oral cancer, and therefore they should only be used for short-term therapeutic use. Also, listerine kills not only bad bacteria, but also good bacteria. It may also dry out your mouth, increasing the risk for decay.

Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit

Recently revised rates of radioactive Iodine has come.
Treatment cost depends upon the dose of I131 ti be used and it can go up to the level you mentioned in metro cities.

In some cases only stage 3 and 4 cancers can be delayed with chemo - radiation. It is to be remember always that first best and safe treatment for advanced cancers is pain relief treatment with MIPI. Have you tried changing your diet along with the medication? Are there any other symptoms you are experiencing?
H pylori usually causes gastritis and ulceration. In most cases, taking antacids helps with the symptoms. Long term unhealed ulcers may shape up to become cancerous. Having an endoscopy done and if required a biopsy is not harmful.

First, submucosal fibrosis is not cancer and no, it need not turn into cancer all the time. But you are at a higher risk of getting oral cancer. If you are a smoker or a tobacco chewer, stop that immediately. Seek help if needed. The treatment will depend on how symptomatic it is and how severe it is.
