Even with minor infections like cold. ,lymph nodes gets enlarged nothing to worry about it but if there is pain /and other symptom better consult nearby doctor.

Enlarged lymphnodes are only significant if they r more than 1 or 1.5 cm depending on site. If they r not that much enlarged then don't worry most probably everything is fine.

Why its a very common thing any hair plucked convert in swelling.
Augmentine duo625 two times a day after food for five to seven days.
Zerodol sp three times a day after food for five to seven days.
Montek lc one at night for five to seven days.
Antacid if required.
Hot foamntation with warm water add boric powder. Two timesa day.
It either subside or burst out.
