There are more than one reasons for lymph nodes swelling...
We first need to find out the reason and then according to the cause can suggest medicine.
If it is because of tuberculosis then there is no use of treatment for cancer and vice versa.

Salt with warm water gargling every 3 hrs and also after eating zytee l ointment you can apply orally for pain relief syears sucrafil-o 10 ml 10 minutes before eating food plenty of oral fluids 3litres /day
mouth opening exercises daily must

The enlarged lymph node is due to hormonal changes occurring during menstruation, don't worry it's highly unlikely to become cancer. You can get an ultrasound when it is enlarged to rule out any illness.

Such 2 lymph nodes in neck may be ---as per the position in neck --due to infection in teeth; gums or any other part of mouth ; may be from infection in ear ; may be due to heavy dandrff with infection on sides of scalp etc-- it may be due to ulcer ; wounds ;other skin lesions in scalp; face etc // it may be part of other diseases leading to generalised lumph node enlargement ---anyway, kindly have a check-up by a doctor soon.
