most probably your problem is aphthous ulcers-
the actual cause is unknown and hence many symptomatic and supportive treatments are used. Taking vitamin b complex ;vitamin c suppliments is helpful. Gargling twice daily with warm saline with little dexamethasone powder and taking tetracycline cap 250 mg three times daily for 5 days also is useful.
Gargling with mouthwash or curd is of some benefit .supplimenting intestinal flora and antacids for hyperacidity ,if any...more

1. Avoid spicy and sour foods, drinking hot liquids like tea, coffee and avoid oily, spicy food until the ulcers heal.
2.Drink plenty of fluids.
3.Regularly rinse your mouth out with warm, slightly salted water or baking soda.
4.Keep your mouth clean.
5. Apply ice to your canker sores by allowing ice chips to slowly dissolve over the sores

Use precaution for sex, while on chemotherapy. If pregnancy happen, we have to go for abortion. Chemotherapy will be very toxic for fetus.

For example, the lymph nodes in the neck can become swollen in response to an upper respiratory infection, such as the common cold. Thus, a level iv melanoma means a melanoma tha has invaded through a few of the skin layers, but if it is less than 1 mm thick, it is only considered to be stage I disease. But a stage iv melanoma means the melanoma has spread throughout the body, and usually has very poor prognosis.
