My advise for you to first get a routine blood check up (cbc, rft,lft, s.e, lipid profile, thyroid profile, vitamin-d and vitamin b-12 level) .share the reports than you will get better answer in my opinion.

Hello, you didn't tell the reason for d&c as it is involved with hormonal imbalance you could expect some erratic changes like more bleeding, clots pain also the next few monthly cycles.
