One does not expect to develop bulging, varicose veins at a young age. But if you think it can't happen, think again. It is a myth that varicose veins are reserved for an older age; while the risk increases after age 50, young adults can develop varicose veins, too.

Varicose veins are twisted, enlarged veins. Any superficial vein may become varicosed, but the veins most commonly affected are those in your legs. That's because standing and walking upright increases the pressure in the veins of your lower body.

Knock knees don't usually cause any other problems, although a few severe cases may cause knee pain, a limp or difficulty walking. Knock knees that don't improve on their own can also place your knees under extra pressure, which may increase your risk of developing arthritis.

Minimally invasive options exist, and most problem veins — from the tiniest spider veins to larger varicose veins — can be treated without surgery. Newer techniques include the use of heat, glue or a solution injected directly into the veins.

Anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having calf muscle pain though there may not be any pathological reasons for calf muscle pain. It looks like you are anemic. Improve your hemoglobin levels that's the main reason for you to have lethargic ness too. Stretch your arches. Simple home exercises can stretch your plantar fascia, achilles tendon and calf muscles.
