First of all you should very much increase intake of water, as kidney stones can be expelled thru urine only.
Calcium stones are the most common. They’re often made of calcium oxalate. Eating fewer oxalate-rich foods can reduce your risk of developing this type of stone. High-oxalate foods include:
potato chips
peanuts
chocolate
beets
spinach
For uric acid stone-- avoid animal proteins, such as fish, shellfish, and meats.

You can start tab dynapress 0.4 mg once daily and tab drotin 40 mg twice daily and plenty of fluid daily around 4-5litres. Hopefully you should pass the stone with this medicine. If it does not come out and keeps troubling you then getit removed endoscopically by a urologist.

He is prone to develop chronic pancreatitis or probably he is already suffering. Ursodioxycholic Acid 300 mg can be tried after meal twice daily. But probably endoscopic removal with temporary stentimg will be better for him at this age. Surgery is more definitive as well as more aggressive mode.

If the stone is more than 7-8 mm and causing hydronephrosis then you should get it removed by a urologist. IVP will give a better picture.

That pain you are getting may be due to previous health condition as you said you had a calculi
We will not assure you whether you have a calculi now or not without usg reports It may or may not appear again
Make sure to drink more water and avoid few combinations like cabbage with tomato, palak with tomatoes If still you have a doubt go for usg abdomen again You can go for a homeopathic treatment as its having a very good results on calculi cases Consult us.
