Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of mixed dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. I had a c section delivery. After 56 days I have periods now. Is this withdrawal bleeding? Is it normal to have periods within 56 days. And I have some irritation while urinating.

Hello, ideally if you are breast feeding well every 2 holy then you should be into lactational amenorrhoea for 6 months, but these are your menses and you should opt for contraceptive advise as you can get pregnant if sexually active.

It does not help to get shape back as it is only passive pressure on abdominal muscles and organs. Active exercises help. Temporary for putting on certain dress for occassion- it is ok.

No, need to worry. It can be because of allergic rhinitis or sore throat or sinusitis or polyp nose or dns or adenoids etc. I need detail of case. In the meanwhile do this 1. Do saline gargles daily (preferably twice). 2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also. 3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected. 4. Drink hot liquids --hot liquids relieve nasal congestion, prevent dehydration, and soothe the uncomfortably inflamed membranes that line your nose and throat. 5. Sleep with an extra pillow under your head-- elevating your head will help relieve congested nasal passages. If the angle is too awkward, try placing the pillows between the mattress and the box springs to create a more gradual slope. 6. Treat that stuffy nose with warm salt water-- salt-water rinsing helps break nasal congestion, while also removing virus particles and bacteria from your nose. 7. Blow your nose often (and the right way)-- it's important to blow your nose regularly when you have a cold rather than sniffling mucus back into your head. But when you blow hard, pressure can carry germ-carrying phlegm back into your ear passages, causing earache. The best way to blow your nose: press a finger over one nostril while you blow gently to clear the other. Homeopathic treatment has very encouraging results. Consult online for details.

Ek dafe caesar hone ke baad agar normal delivery ka prayatna karte hai to thodi risk rahti hai vo gynecologist ko milke samaj lo. Uske baad agar aap vo risk leneko taiyar hai to kabhi bhi pregnancy rakh shakte ho agar nahi taiyar hai to bhi caesar karane ki taiyari ke ssath rakh shakte ho. Uske pahle sab reports ho jana chahiye, vaccinations ho jana chahiye aur supplements lena chahiye.
