That kind of bleeding is common especially after trenexa you need not worry. The depo provera injection is an excellent drug to prevent from pregnancy as well.
So as long as you take that injection every 3 months, you are protected from pregnancy. With regards to bleeding, let it run it's course, it will soon stop. I personally will not give any hormones for you .trapic mf twice daily is good enough. Spotting will stop soon as you are breast feeding. Spotting is due to anovulation, which gets corrected by itself.

Hello . Yes definitely you can eat pista in moderate amount , because pista is full of healthy fats and fibers . But dry fruits are high calorie food , so take in moderate quantity .

Yes you can. But if you r doing it for weight loss, then it will put strain on your already strained knee joints. Its better to adopt other ways to lose weight. Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. Your periods may not come for 2-3 months since you are breastfeeding and injection also delays period. Can not tell for sure wen exactly periods will come.
