Warm Soaks or Local Heat: If the wound is open, soak it in warm water or put a warm wet cloth on the wound for 20 minutes 3 times per day. Antibiotic Ointment: Apply an antibiotic ointment 3 times a day.

You should not do caesarean now and allow the baby to grow to 40 weeks or as close to it as possible . you have hyperacidity which is common in pregnancy and you can lie down on your left side and take Gelusil or Omeprazole if needed , I will always to advice to for normal delivery and CS only if there is absolute necessity as decided by your doctor
