as you stated you had your c section 4 year back that mean secondary healing has been done. Now you need to do some stretching exercise .that ill help a lot.

It's just 5 months of your cesarean so you should avoid heavy exercises. You can start light exercises after 6 months of cesarean.

Most probably it will be a nonabsorbable suture which was used during your cesarian section operation to close the upper layers of your abdomen, if your pain is mild and occassional.
