Hello Mr Sreekar. Thank you for contacting. Sometimes vibration and fluctuations in muscle of leg occurs. It may be due to low water and salt intake. Take some pich of salt add in water. Drink it if you sweat a lot. Also stretch your buttock and thigh muscles.

Stand away from a wall and.put your fight foot behind you and be sure your toes are facing forward. Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.

Before one year I think you have calcaneal spur, your not treated properly so now you have along with sciatica.
Apply hot water or ice fermentation over low back region and foot.
Stretch the low back muscles and leg muscles. Don't bend forward.
Avoid single leg standing.
Avoid long time walking, standing, sitting. Do ankle pumping movement.
