Most likely you have developed funiculities which is inflammation of the cord of the testis - it generally takes few days to subside: if your sonography is normal and clinical examination is normalâ there is very less likelihood of any severe disease: however get a sonography of testis done and if you find any abnormality in the report consult a doctor.

Hello sir, kindly understand that there is no other option to treat a hernia (anywhere) without surgery. But as you are an octagerian, it is probably better to leavee the hernia where it is if the mouth of hernia is wide enough to prevent any compromised blood supply to the content of abdomen. You have diagnosed with hiatal hernia on endoscopy.
In hiatus hernia
junction between esophagus and stomuch migrated upward (sliding hiatus hernia)
or part of stomuch mostly fundus migrated in chest cavity
and so its create pressure differance between stomuch and esophagus so your content of stomuch refluxed in esophagus and you get this symptoms
first line of management of it
life style modification avoid oily and spicy food
do not go for bed rest just after eatingmore
