First-degree burns should heal on their own within a week without causing scars. Second-degree burns should heal in about two weeks. They sometimes leave a scar, but it may fade with time. Third-degree burns can take months or years to heal. Please provide me more information about the issue. So, after that I can suggest you the best possible treatment for he same.

Who so ever has prescribed the medicine its best to check with him. Burn wound treatment can be started only after seeing the wound. We need more details like when did it get burnt and by what. What was the depth of burn, what was done then for treatment etc.

It may be deep. Or we have to understand what do you mean by healed. If it is wet then it is not healed but if it is dry and discoloured then it is healed but the colour will take time.
If it is dry you can stop all medication and start only vaseline or petroleum jelly for 2 weeks. If it is wet then it would be best to see a surgeon or plastic surgeon.
