If a diabetic foot ulcer does occur, it's important to seek medical care as soon as possible; this is not a wound you should attempt to treat at home on your own. The faster a foot ulcer is properly treated, the greater chance it will heal completely and without infection or complications.

A scar from a second degree burn is permanent, just like any other scar. Garlic left on an open wound can burn within a few minutes. Don't reapply garlic juice. It's also great to do as a mask for 15 minutes or so if you feel like your skin is tight and dry.

To treat a swollen ankle or leg at home, remember the acronym rice:
rest. Stay off your ankle or leg until you can get to the doctor or until the swelling goes away.

Hello. It was an unfortunate event that she had to go through. Chemical injuries of any form can be highly dangerous to the eyes, caustic injuries being the most serious ones.
