Do not worry, hopefully, things would be ok but may take quite some time. It would be best to see a plastic surgeon who can assess the extent of the damage. Just apply vaseline before bath & bedtime for about a month, use sun protection.

Run cool water over your burned skin. Wrap some ice or an icepack in a washcloth. Apply 100 percent pure aloe vera gel to the burn. Cover your burned skin with a dry, sterile bandage or clean dressing. Take an over-the-counter pain medication if the pain continues to bother you.

Cool water. The first thing you should do when you get a minor burn is run cool (not cold) water over the burn area for about 20 minutes. Cool compresses. Antibiotic ointments. Aloe vera. Honey..reducing sun exposure. Don't pop your blisters. Take an over-the-counter pain reliever.

You need to do laser therapy for marks to be removed, there is no such practical method naturally or ointments cannot work.
