Subah uthne par muh se bleeding hoti hai. Thookne par thook ke sath blood aata hai. Shyad gums se hoti hai but brush karne se pahle hoti hai aur karne ke baad bhi thoda thoda hote rehta hai. What should I do?

Hi few days (4-5) ago I started consuming ghee and today had paneer in dinner. I suddenly start having shortness of breath with little chest discomfort. Today my heart rate was above 90. I had pain in left side neck. Can it be because of diary products? I don't have any allergy history in past.

I am 50 years old and a regular smoker since last 30 years. I am having breathing problem and whistling sound while breathing after evening time only. I am not taking any medicines regularly as all the parameters are perfect. I am taking asthalin syrup but it's of no use to my problem. Can I be suggested some other medicine?

First step - stop smoking second step - do pft spirometry
third step - show the report fourth step - start medications inhalers. Stop asthalin syrup start inhalers with consultation with a chest physician your provisional diagnosis - chronic obstructive pulmonary disease due to smoking.

I have been having pain near by chest which radiates to shoulder blade and then to left arm. I can feel burning sensation on my stomach and in the food pipe as well. When I wake up in the morning and brush my teeth and try to spit the saliva from my throat deeply could observe slight traces of blood on my spit.

Hello I was having mucus in my stool. So I got sonography and colonoscopy test done and both were normal nothing was identified in both test. But I am still facing burning sensation in my food pipe and stomach as soon as I swallow any of the food, especially anything sweet or salty.

I am 22 years old and facing difficulty in deep breathing, and shortness of breathe on speaking ,from 1 year, I visited puomonologists at first and did following reports- 1.) re blood - eosinophilic high 2.) chest x ray - normal 3.) ecg heart- normal 4.) 2d echo- normal 5.) hrct thorax - normal so he gave me anti allergic tablets (q mont, for 1 month, and steroid predmet for 5 days) but the problem was still there so I visited ent, and on laryngoscopy was found that right arytenoid overrides vocal cord on phonation, which was the reason for my breathing problems on speaking. But why was this arytenoid overriding, the cause was not identified. Today I again did re blood and the report was that- differential leucocyte count 1) segmented neutrophil- 33.13%(40-80%) 2) lymphocytes- 45.40%(20-40) 3.) eosinophilic- 13.20%(1-6%) absolute count 1.neutrophil- 2.55 thousand /mm3 (2-7) 2.lymphocytes-3.50 (1-3) 3.eosinophilic-1.02 (0.02-0.50) what should be done.
