You are just 18 and your metabolism would be working in the right way. You should eat as much as you can as this is the right age for you. Exercise at least for 1 hour everyday or join any sport of your choice. Do not worry, when the right time comes you will start gaining weight.
Include a good spread of fruits and vegetables in your diet. Protein should be taken from lentils and pulses and also from meat and chicken. Include good amount of nuts in your diet.

Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Hello, you do not require a weight gain. As per your height, your weight should be 65-67 Kg. For building muscles Eat Caloric Dense Foods, like nuts, dry fruits, dairy etc
Eat More Protein, Go Liquid, Lift Heavy weights And Be Consistent.

Please check for your hormone s, for thyroid and iron and you are not eating according to your calorie requirements, eat High calorie ,high protein rich foods such as milk products, legumes, non-vegetarian like eggs, fish, chicken, liver,eat rice, potatoes.
