It's nothing serious. Most probably you have chronic rhinosinusitis and it gets increased or relapsed with intake of refined sugar. It's best to avoid these because refined sugar is not any good for health. In case you take it because you do not have any alternative at that time. You can take drugs to suppress your symptoms. Consult me for a prescription.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. I need details of the case. In the meanwhile follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.
