Glad to know that you are co relating your acne with your diet which shows that you have partially detected the cause of your problem.
However you can make ample of changes in your diet alone which can help you to stay away from acne.
Have lots of water and green tea
Have lots of fruits and vegetables
Avoid milk and milk products and also avoid tea coffee and alcohol.

U have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning
2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs
4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipation
8. Use nibu pani (lemon water) 2/ 3 times a day
9. Do not drink/ STORE WATER IN PLASTIC bottles. For medic...more

Permanent treatment is difficult if you do not maintain a food habit with your work and Take tablet Pan-L before breakfast on empty stomach for three months and always to take a gap of a week before starting it again only if necessary and Avoid spicy food items and not to eat junk food and we also need to avoid peanuts and potatoes in our daily diet.

Hi lybrate-user, you feel that your voice has changed. Okay, many reasons may be, it may be due to maturity or due to overuse. Do not worry. Relax. Give some rest to your voice as well. In the meantime check with ENT specialist, if everything is normal, that is voice cords, tongue throat. Get back to me for further discussion along with the ENT check up results (meaning doctors suggestion). Everything will bcom normal. Time is there. Take care. Be cool.
