Hi, sun exposure can lead to immediate pigment darkening which disappears soon and delayed pigmentation which may last for many weeks. It seems like you have tanning. Please use sunscreen 15 min before sun exposure and reapply every 2 hours when out in sun. Always use extra sun protection measures like hats, scarf, umbrella etc when out in sun for long. Stopping melaglow does not give tanning, sun exposure does.

Hydroquinone tretinoin mometasone cream ko band krne k bad kya use kre ki pigmentation dubara na ho.
Hi, please stop this combination cream. Use sunscreen like sunban or photostable every 2 hours when out in sun. You can prefer milder creams with niacinamide or vitamin c or kojic to apply at night for a few weeks. For specific recommendations, please send pictures to me or consult a local dermatologist.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Eye allergies, whether seasonal or year-round, are often the cause of itchy eyes. These allergies can be triggered by pollen or pet dander. Irritants like dust and smoke, or products such as lotions, makeup or contact lens solutions can also cause symptoms similar to those of eye allergies.
Let's connect over a call so that we can discuss your concern in details and make a suitable treatment plan for you.
