I am 20 years old and I have been recently facing a serious hair line recede from the past few months. It was good till april 2023 and then it is showing a major decrease also the hairs have been thinned out too. Right now I am using peppermint oil along with jojoba oil. Should I go back to coconut oil as that was my previous oil and then I shifted to this in june 2023. Also I have been recently tested with thyroid and got to know that I have mild thyroid other information: my vitamin d levels are very low vitamin b12 was also lower than usual range. Is there any way I can stop this or slow down the process.

Based on the history, you can have androgenic alopecia, moreover your low vitamins and thyroid abnormalities can also cause hairfall so, you have correct your vitamins and thyroid level.
