Hello, I am a 23 year old male. My hair in the past had much volume but now it's the complete opposite. It's thinner and my scalp is almost visible when it's wet. From 2019 itself I had noticed a receding hairline only in the right temple and it's just been the same all the years. (my mother used to comb my hair back then with too much traction so maybe that's what causing it) so yes, I have been experiencing hair fall a bit too much recently. Whenever I gently run my fingers I see 5-6 hair strands come to my hands. Also I have a severe dandruff issue that doesn't seem to go away. Like everyone else, I was worried if I am in the onset of male pattern baldness but that should be unlikely because my both my parents have full head of hair.

Hello. I don't have history of hair fall even there is not genetically issue with hair fall in my family. I having extreme hair fall. I even went to family doctor for consultation. They gave me nutrich ayurvedic capsules and solvult tablets as an prescription to be consumed each after dinner and lunch. However that didn't helped me. I also observing that there is no growth. Not sure why it's stuck. I am using pure coconut oil evey alternate day. Prior coconut oil I used mahabrighraj oil for 2-3 weeks. Doctor please help me with diet, oil even any shampoo or serum.
