Hi,
Take tab. Septillin 2-0-2 after food and Rhinorin Lehya 1 tsf twice daily followed by milk for 3 months continuously. Avoid cold and refrigerated food. Do steam inhalation twice daily. Avoid sweets and oil fried food. Perform Pranayama daily in the morning for 10- 15 mins.
