Cough for about 3 weeks, with expectoration fever & loss of appetite favour tuberculosis but this patient seems to be suffering from allergic bronchitis or just a flu. Need to see the blood tests and chest x Ray. Meanwhile patient can be put on tab. Montelukast 10 mg with levocetrizine 5 mg once at night. If necessary antibiotic like augmentin could be started.
