If it appears immediately after injection then due to leakage of blood if appear next day then allergic reaction might be.

After a month doctor prescribed for foracort 200 and seroflo 200 inhalers to use continuously as daily basis and for emergency. But im confused with both. someday ago my dad brought a perfume, in initial stage when he use the perfume I feels like something don't good with me, means it gets irritate with that smell but I thought it's new and its smell can be new to me. But after some days when it's out of control then I tell him not to use that perfume and after that he didn't use that. But from past 10 days im experiencing some problems with the taste of food and the smell in my house, sometimes outside also. Whatever I eat the smell of perfume comes in my mouth I don't know why and the smell of that perfume also comes whenever I breath but mostly with every food that smell comes because of that I can't take my proper diet also kindly suggest how to overcome.

the problems you are facing may have been due to the perfume initially, but cannot be due to that after 10 days. So,do not worry about it. Try to eat your favourite foods for some time, that might help you get this out of your mind.

My father has asthma and take maxiflo 250 inhaler advised by doctor from 2 to 3 years. But today in his blood report -lipid, lft,kft, uric acid, raf, fbs, tc, dc, rbc ,hb ,plt all are normal except crp which is 21. What can I do to reduce it to normal level. His weight is 70 kg and height is 5.6 ft. He is 69 years old.

sorry to hear this. Pneumothorax is air in the lungs. It is not always critical. Depends on how severe it is. However, you mentioned that your father has been on the ventilator. Whether the situation is critical will also depend on how his reponse to ventilator has been. Speak freely to the consultant treating your father. All the best.

I take duolin inhaler once everyday as prescribed by Dr. Sushil jain due to mild asthmatic conditions and chest congestion. Despite doing crunches and other exercises my body is increasing (stomach and waistline). Also my food is lesser than my 13 year old son. Is that due to inhaler? Is duolin steroid based? Sir my mother was copd patient with bilateral pneumonia after discharging from hospital her saturation without oxygen was 90 and with oxygen on 1.5ltr was 93, but due to steroid consumption her body got more obese as she was before as well. now doctor suggested dytor plus and montek ab but now her saturation is dropping to 88 on oxygen 2litre. And when she walks it goes ro 65. What should we do.

Your patient may require adjustment / change of inhaled medicines to increase lung capacity and spo2 levels.
Kindly get following tests-
1. Chest x ray pa view
2. Pft test
