You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meal. If you have loose teeth, that can be due to periodomtitis, that is gum swelling and when gums get compromised and are not healthy anymore due to plaque, calculus or any underlying infection.
Get scaling and deep cleaning done.
Gargle after every meal
use soft bristle brush floss your teeth

If you are facing recurrent pain and swelling in the wisdom tooth region, then it definitely needs to be removed. Prior to that get an x ray of the concerned region done. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses for some relief. Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the extraction procedure.

The swelling can be due to an injury to your gums while eating or because of wisdom tooth eruption or due to a decayed tooth etc. Clinical examination by a dentist is necessary for proper diagnosis. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses 2 to 3 times a day for some relief.
