Well toothpaste won't relive your pain, rinse your mouth with warm salt water, take a painkiller and then visit a dentist as soon as possible.

If you have loose teeth, that can be due to periodomtitis, that is gum swelling and when gums get compromised and are not healthy anymore due to plaque, calculus or any underlying infection.
Get scaling and deep cleaning done.
Gargle after every meal
use soft bristle brush floss your teeth
consult a periodontist.

Rexidine m forte gel is used in oral ulcers. Not in tooth ache and it has no effect on her menstruation .do consult any gynecologist .but it was not due to this gel.

you can get an opg done for proper treatment plan, opg would show if there is any infection associated with tooth or if it is partially impacted, till then you can take tab. Flexon Mr. thrice a day for 5 days, hope you will be fine soon.

If you are facing recurrent pain and swelling in the wisdom tooth region, then it definitely needs to be removed. Prior to that get an x ray of the concerned region done. Meanwhile you can do warm saline rinses for some relief. Visit an oral and maxillofacial surgeon for the extraction procedure.

Yes try not to bite anything hard from that very teeth .rather chew from other side for a few days .it won't fall away if it's damaged only a bit .it shud heal by itself. If you r having any pain then you shud consult a doctor.
