please donot worry. Do warm saline rinses 6 hourly a day for 5 days and continue the medications. You need to get replacement of teeth but due to trauma avoid right now .but after completion of course, please update me whether there ia any improvement or not.

It seems your mother is having multiple carious teeth and the decay has lead the loss of tooth structure. Not necessary that all the damaged teeth have same amount of progress hence the treatment required for them may vary. Pls get an opg done (a panoramic xray) for better opinion.

it depends upon many factors....when was your extraction...how many days ago...send the pic of that region if possible...also share x Ray if you have any...is there any swelling in gums...had you any history of gums swelling before extraction...

Nothing can b done at home wait as situation easiest consult a dentist if cavities you may require filling or rct but if its calculus scaling polishing will suffice.

If the length difference is minimal you can always go for dental bonding otherwise Veneer or crown are your options too.

dhaant nakal me kam se kam 6 mahine lagte hai , yah bhi kaums dhaant usper nibhar karta hai ,, aage ke dhaat 7 se 8 year me nikalte hai .

It will be better to go for complete implantation of teeth, consult with your doctor for this purpose.
