An iopa x-ray will help a dentist to recognize the cause for pain from a particular teeth due to decay or gum infection or trauma .treatment will be according to the diagnosis. Kindly forward x ray (opg) if possible to suggest best treatment. Yes. It is better to do rct. It may need surgical crown lengthening procedure to expose the fracture base so that crown can cover on that fracture base region.
