it depends on which tooth is it. if it is simple fracture then a day or two max. if it needs RCT then time for RCT plus cap

If the tooth has to be extracted without any other option left then go for extraction to prevent repeated infection and pus formation. Tooth extraction charges can never be expensive than your desire for overall well-being of your own body. So go for it...

In severe pain you visit your nearby clinic and get a xray done first and then ask your doctor the plan he wishes to folow up with such a tooth only he can say as he is presently diagnosing your tooth in pain ,let him put all the options he can provide you with and stil you do not have to wory and rush into any treatment at same time you take your time ask your Dr. to relive the pain temporarily coz surly it can be done and this way you wil have time to decide which option you wish to go with.

It will depend on how much the tooth has been lost. Which will be best diagnosed on a xray to see if there is any problem on the roots. We would recommend you to go for a dental checkup.

If the broken tooth roots can be rct treated and retained, he can go for what is known as tooth supported overdentures where dentures are constructed on top of teeth root.But if the broken root pieces are completely decayed or mobile,it may not be possible to construct dentures without causing discomfort to him.
