I advice you to take an orthopantamogram and verify the condition of the teeth..

then in case of capping, teeth prepathas to be done.. the teeth preparation is done in root canal treated teeth..
so first you can do root canal procedures and followed by teeth preparation and capping..

the cap can be used for many years depending on the maintenance by the patient..

root canal, it costs about 2k and capping 2k each for single teeth ...more

Are teeth fallen were new ones?
Probably permanent front teeth are fallen but you need to confirm this with x-ray and checkup by pediatric dentist.

Yes it is possible to restore the tooth if you don't have pain after broken the half tooth than it can be done by buildup the crown. And if you have pain than you have to go for root canal treatment and than buildup a crown by capping done on it.
