4. Warm salt water gargles daily 5 no cold water / cold drinks / ice creams and so on
6. No smoking/ avoid pollution 7. Wash hands after use of bath room and before and after eating food.

No. Continue otrivin for 5 days and not more than that. Take sinarest 3 times daily for 3 days. Try- holding your nose with hand and swallowing - it will unblock your nose.

Take ample fluids to keep yourself hydrated. Use warm compress on the affected area. You can also use steam inhalation. Apply nasal sprays. The symptoms should go away in a few days. However if they persist you should approach an ent specialist.

Implant can be a good option if there is good bone support remaining. Otherwise you can go for a bridge also. Adjacent teeth requires r.c.t. If they have become non vital (the tooth become life less) due to trauma.

Kindly tell the current medication you are taking check your cbc plus iron profile for ruling out anemia
as of your bmi is within normal range so weight is not the reason but I advised you some daily activity
swelling of feet have many reasons so for further evaluation kindly contact and if possible kindly provide your spine xray.
