If it does not hurt anymore, you can get back.
But if it does, the injury is still new, you need to take a break. In 10-15 days, the pain should be gone. But if the injury is deep, it can take more time.

Implant can be a good option if there is good bone support remaining. Otherwise you can go for a bridge also. Adjacent teeth requires r.c.t. If they have become non vital (the tooth become life less) due to trauma.
