From past 3 days i'm having problem in breathing and facing panics .my oxygen level is normal but i'm having high bp even after regular taking medicine_mt among 25. From today i'm suffering from dizziness, felling vomiting, and even unable to stand properly due to dizziness.

Sir, my wife not feeling since last 2 weeks. Problem in breathing 2 -3 times last upto 10 minutes. Pain in chest ,feeling something moving inside near liver. She had ultrasound of abdomen, report showing 18 cm of spleen. And cbc report also very scary, her platelets is 25 times more than normal and very low red blood cells. Please tell possible reason of her condition and increased size of spleen.

Hi. Increase in platelet level and increase in spleen can be due to many reasons. She will require a detailed workup of some blood tests initially to see what is the underlying cause. If you can share the complete cbc it can be interpreted correctly.

My right cp angle is blunt due to pleural thickening. What treatment is best to get rid off pain while breathing? There is no any fluid in lungs. I got complete course of 8 months of treatment. Was a ct scan done? Sometimes cp angle blunting is just a sequelae of old infective etiology. You should only worry if you still have pain on deep breathing.
For mucus in throat/post nasal drip you should complete a course of antibiotics.
If this is happening repeatedly, you need to be worked up

Dear sir I intake telma am, gp1,and att dots 3.6 month few days anxiety attack, breathing problems sometimes ,my weight is 129 kg I test crona rapid and igm is negative, cbc,lft, kft,lipid is done ,hb is 12.6 ,and triglycerides is 199.
