Hi Tapan, bronchial asthma unfortunately is not curable, but the triggering factors that cause episodes can be prevented by knowing what they are for example dust or smoke, and by maintaining good general health by good diet and graded exercises.

Hi, I assume that you have asthma. You are using inhalers but not getting relief. Reasons
- use a spacer this eliminates any improper technique - if your asthma severity increased - same medications might not work so meet your doctor adjust the dose of inhalers
- if you have infection- needs antibiotics along with inhalers
- some times addition of steroids can improve your condition so meet your pulmonologist.
