My nephew is experiencing trouble breathing all of sudden two days back. He had a similar problem about 20 days back when our fly doctor prescribed antibiotic novomix and inhalation of steam with improvement in condition. He is not having fever or another symptoms please advice. He is at home for over a month now.

Tests like cbc esr gbp and chest x ray can confirm the diagnosis.

I had a breathlessness after I journeyed by train for 12 hrs (hyd-mum ). Oxi conc. Was 92 %.after treatment 4 days 1 augmentin tab + duolin .25 +budecort .5 in a week I recovered. I was prescribed sequadra inhaler 1/day by chest specialist (dr. Nair -nanavati hos. Mumbai) since last 2 years I use sequadra but as such I don't feel any significant/really -comfort-breathing. It's a period costly inhaler comparatively. I was asked by Dr. Not to stop this. Where as if I take tab. Derifyline 150 retard, the cough loosens & in 2-3 days I breathe very comfortably. The problem I get when humidity is high (mumbai). Pl advise is this sequandra worth continuing? What is the speciality of this inhaler comparative with other inhalers in india not so very costly?

My wife having breath problem from last few days .at night the problem is to be so high. At now we consult wid doctor and he recommend medicines names and tests now test reports says of xray that broncho vascular markings are prominent on both sides and cbc report is normal she taken medicines as follows 1.levocad -m 2.deriphyllin 3.dolopar-cc but the results no so far good yet now, she have several times breath problem in a day so pls recommend is this is medicines are right or change or when this infection is to be cure in a days?

Continue the medicines and in case of no relief, repeat the X Ray again, after 4 days

I am 33 years old male, I am facing breathing difficulty and chest tightness since more than 20 days. I had heavy smoke but now left since 20 days. I also have allergic cough in season change mostly in front of ac. I went to gtb hospital they said you are not suspected for covid-19. You are suspected for mild asthma hence take lcz 5 mg daily 1 dose till 15 days. They also nebulizer me. Then I discussed a doctor bams through mobile he advised me azithromycin 500 mg for 5 days 1 dose daily and budesal 1 mg 2 to 3 times with nebulizer. I took same and relaxed. But 2 to 3 days after again chest tightness same doctor advised me lcz-mont 1 tab daily and budesal 1 mg and pantocid dsr daily bbf I need a expert help. please.

Hii, cefuroxime+ clavulanic acid (cefakind cv) causing breathing difficulty as a side effect is very very rare. It has never documented so far. But we will see into it. Do you have any nose block, cough when you developed ear infection? A little more information is needed for better assessment.
