How about culture. They would have got the urine culture done. Basing on the sensitivity report, medication is advised. Take the medicines as a course. With this you should get relief. Apart from the medicines you need to take plenty of water atleast 3 litres of water in a day. Maintain proper hygiene of the genitals, washing the genitals with water after passing urine. Stricture can develop in urethra after instrumentation but infection chances are also there so get your urine complete examination done if pus cells present get the urine culture done and then see your treating doctor.

posteriour polar cataract surgery needs better preplanned investigation (sle) to diagnosed accurately & manage accordingly.
As per your information, posterior capsule has been ruptured accidently. Posteriour capsule rupture will cause vitreous prolapse, keratitis, post. Op. Glaucoma, impairment of vision & other complication later also.
Through fundus examination is needed to exclude any retinal detachment or hole. Vitreous floater may be rule out also.

Respected lybrate-user weight. Loss of 10 kg in 3 months is usually not correlating with pus in prostate. That requires further detail evaluation by physician. Cause of pus in prostate is bacterial infection only. Thanks

While stricture problem has been sorted out, it has nothing to do with erection. If you are having normal erection otherwise, absence of early morning erection 50% of the time should not be a cause for worry. Early morning erection will not be there everyday.
