Follow it for a month and review- few tips on diet - say no to maida items like toast , khaari ,naan ,white bread . can drink tea but without sugar and say no to Buffalo milk and can drink cows milk , can eat brown bread , can eat sprout’s , can eat green vegetables, can eat chappati ,bajra ka rotla can eat one katori of rice twice a day with dal and to avoid farsan food items and can eat fruits and say no to coconut water

Most of the breasts have mild inequality in size and shape which is normal. Hence we say that they are sisters, not twins. Sometimes underdevelopment of one breast leads to inequality of the size of breast, but it would be functionally normal. If it is a mild difference and you are not worried about it, then using padding on one side would solve the problem for most of the patients. If the smaller breast is of adequate cup size, then some patients prefer to reduce the size of the bigger breast. ...more

For a healthy breast Few diet tips - Not to eat fried food items and Can eat All green vegetables, moong , chana , Dal , rice etc And to apply ghee over chappati and don’t apply oil over chappati And to drink milk mixed with turmeric powder twice a day And If possible eat eggs on alternate days And If possible in breakfast eat atleast one bajra ka rotla And Eat seasonal fruit
