Have panchtikta ghrita guggulu 2 tb twice a day empty stomach.
Amritarishta 4tsf with equal amount of water after meals twice a day.

It looks like it is fibroadenoma and as u said it is painfull, it should be removed after initial investigation like mammography and sonography of the breast

Most probably its a benign lump if her age is less than 30 years. But she should get examined by a surgeon to confirm it. Also the only cure for lump is surgery. But indication for surgery depends upon its size and symptoms caused by it.

If early cancer, then definitely you need surgery.

If size of fibroadenoma is <1 cm then no need for surgery >60% case resolve but your fibroadenoma size is big ,will never resolve.

Best is to get it operated to overcome future problem this is my advise until and having any contraindications to operate.
