Check you serum Prolactin levels. If it is high, milk secretion starts. You can consult a gynecologist with this report.

Milk secretion in nonpregnant state is due to increased secretion of prolactiin hormone.
It can also occur as a side effect of some medicines ,or due to repeated stimulation of breast. Do her serum prolactin levels ,if raised she will require medication.

Do urine pregnancy test and see if she is pregnant or not.
Discharge from. Nipples can occur without pregnancy also.

Get urine pregnancy test done if you are in doubt of pregnancy, if it turns out to be negative then get serum prolactin test done.

Get your serum prolactin levels done ,raised prolactin levels cause milk secretion, If your prolactin is raised then you will need medication.
Few medicines also cause milk secretion.
