Thats a normal report. Nothing to be worried. Distended gall bladder is normal in relation with food intake.

Kindly consult a plastic surgeon for surgical removal of the fibroadenoma. Sevista can help in certain cases of fibroadenoma but mostly advised for fibroadenosis or mastalgia.
