Hello-
since you are sexually active, it is possible that the bruise got its origin during foreplay. Yo might have not known that time due to rush of blood. It is what has become purple (as what bruises do) now. No need to get worried, it will be cured of its own.

Any fibroadenoma more than 2 cm or growing in size should be removed, they are not harmful but if they grow in size and then removed they will cause disproportion of breasts.

Hi Sir/Mam, I'm unmarried 30 years old, having cyst in both the breasts .Doctor advised me for biopsy. My parents are very concerned as they find one match for me and next year I'm going to marry but if there is any scar (might be boy parent's will not tie this rehta) also my age is above 30 due to which very difficult to find good match. I visit gynecologist, she advised me for sonography and to take the tablet named novex (I'd taken 11 tab) after which my nipples of both breast are outward. I've undergone ultrasound from two different hospitals where one report is showing normal but the other one is abnormal, due to which doctor advised for FNAC after which now they advised me for biopsy. Request you to kindly advise as my parents and me are very very much concerned and in tension Under mammogram -birads III Sonography from 1st hospital -No significant abnormality seen. Tiny cysts in both breast. From 2nd hospital -hypoechoic lobulated lesion superomedial quadrant right breast suspicious abnormality. Rest of the breast parenchyma appears normal. Left breast appear normal Fnac-smears are hemorrhagic and are moderately cellular comprising of ductal epithelial cells in sheets and clusters. Few of the cells show mild nuclear polymorphism. Please advise as I don't want scar on my body, I'm ready for check or test but no scar Sir. If possible please advise it would be great help.

That is not possible dear without doing anything how can we know what is going on. For confirmation that no cancer chances are there we have to see in microscope for which biopsy is required. Incision happens below breast so dont worry. And you have to be loyal to the one you are marrying so please tell him whatever procedure is done. Life is more important than scar so dont just stay there. Please do whatever your doctor is advising.
