Yes it is hereditary.
And take proper check up at regular intervals.
As one time check up does not exclude it.

It is not always cancer to have a swelling or unequal sizes of any organ. If testes are unequal it can be a sign of infection or hydrocele aor any such disease.

Yes it should be done on annual basis. Even if you don’t have any symptoms. If there is family history of breast cancer then, mammogram should be done every 6 months. It’s done by female technicians. Don’t worry. Average price range of the test is between rs. 880 to rs. 1500 depending on the factors of city, quality and availablity.

If your mother is having breast cancer then you are at a higher risk then general population for developing breast cancer.
Start screening 10 years prior to age your mother developed breast cancer by self breast examination every monthly 1 week after menstruation and yearly clinical examination by doctor.
