I am a neurosurgeon. I would like to know if there is any movement in any of his limbs and the cause of his stroke. Brain cells, unlike other cells in the body will not regenerate once it is damaged. So recovery of movements depend mainly on the extend of damage the brain suffered at the time of stroke.
