If large one then ct scan can detect brain tumour, but small tumours are better seen on MRI. Also the characteristics or the tumour and navigation intraoperative need MRI correlation.
Migraine is a clinical diagnosis and MRI is done to rule out any underlying pathology.

Cause is not known and it can be congenital and it can lead to headache/ seizures etc and if symptomatic plan for a surgery after clinical examination
